The service is very bad. I get my neighbor's mail in my box all the time. Dec 4th I got all of the mail for "2" of my neighbors mail jammed into my box and nothing for me. I also find my outbound mail on the ground in front of my box the next day. These problems have been going on for a very long time. Poor training and little accountability. 340 Fernly Park Drive Johns Creek.
