I recently bought a voucher for pressure washing from Amazon Local and called a couple times and left a message to set up an appointment. I waited a few days for a response that never came. I kept calling back and got the same message. Finally, I decided one last try and I would give up. Someone answered but she didn't sound like someone who typically answers the phone. I made an appointment for the date I wanted and they failed to show up between 3-6. Someone called at 5:30 saying they would need to cancel and that I would get a call back to reschedule. The call never came. Amazon gave me my money back. Not doing business with them again. The problem with these vouchers is they are given the money even if they never do the work. So why give good service to a voucher customer?
