Just had an amazing experience with the customer service office and can't recommend highly enough. I was slightly irate because of a hold up on delivery of some cushions and so not only did they give me a complete refund, they are giving me the cushions free of charge (and I didn't even ask) Customer service and satisfaction does not get any better than this. Thank you Kim in the main office.
