This facility - including its manager and people - is completely unprofessionall. I was invited to participate in a 2-week product test, which I did, and on the 13th day of the 14-day test I was told that the study had been canceled and that I would not be paid - even though I had completed all pages of the usage diary, etc. Then, when I called and asked the manager (Kelly) about this I was told that she would look into it and call me back. After a week with no reply from Kelly I called again and was told that the study had not actually been canceled but that it was then too late for me to provide my opinions, so I would not be paid - and there was nothing she could do about it.



If you agree to participate in a Cunningham research study because you believe them when they tell you that you'll be compensated for your time, I would urge you to reconsider.

These are the people who chase you around with clipboards in the mall. RUN!
