Background When Adam passed the bar in 2000 it was with dreams of continuing and expanding his work with families and complex financial issues for estate planning. As a Certified Financial Planner, Adam had enjoyed working with his clients to find solutions to reach their long term financial goals and planned on continuing his behind the desk number crunching but as the saying goes "We plan, god laughs" and he certainly had a smile upon his face as Adam was thrown into a heavily contested custody battle his first week as an attorney. That battle and how it was resolved changed his views on how to practice law.
