These guys are fantastic. They really know what they are doing. They repaired my Shindaiwa weed eater quickly, and the warranty claim was hassle free. They have also repaired and serviced my John Deere push mower and tractor in the past, and the bills were reasonable. Nice knowledgeable guys to deal with, who understand homeowners aren't professional landscapers, and treat you good, whether you're a professional, buying an expensive machine, or you are a homeowner, servicing your weed eater. Their hours could be better, but their customer service, more than makes up for it!

Ok, let’s start at the begin...

Ok, let’s start at the beginning. I purchased a leaf blower online received it and it started once and then quit. When I contacted the online company to see about a return they suggested before returning it take it to repair facility first because it was under warranty. They sent me a list of repair shops, so I found Critchlow Enterprises to be the closest and I gave them a call. Over the phone I explained my situation to them and told them I didn't want to spend any money on it because I could send it back for free but if it's something under warranty it would be easier to have them fix it. I asked them what they thought I should do and he said to bring it down, they would take a look and figure out if it was a warranty fix or if it was something that wasn't under warranty. Then they would call me and let me know before they did any work, so I didn’t have to spend any money on it. So that’s what I did, but when I got there I talked to the woman behind the counter and explained what was going on just like I had explained it to the guy on the phone and then handed her my receipt to show it was still under warranty. Out of nowhere she just acted appalled that I was bothering her with this issue and actually said to me “So you want my guys to waste their time and you might not even get it fixed”, and I said well I talked to someone on the phone and they told me to come down here and have you guys check it real quick. Then she said “Well I’m sure you did, but they probably thought it was a more expensive blower” (why that matters I don't know). Then she rudely told me three or four more times how she wasn't going to waste their time on my blower (meanwhile I had just taken an hour off work to make it there during their crappy hours and driven a half hour out of my way to get there at the suggestion of their employee.) She was so concerned about their time and had absolutely no regard for the time that I had wasted even though it was their employee that told me to bring it in. So then she called someone else over to ask what he thought and before he even made it to the counter said “That’s junk, just return it”, then started talking up a model they had there, like he was going to sell me something after they treated me like that. So don’t waste your time with this place!
