They lost my clothing and refused to even help look for it! I had been using this cleaners for 2 years and really liked the woman who ran the storefront and did alternations. However, recently a new woman was hired. Since the new hire started I have had 3 articles of clothing go missing. I went in to see if they would look through inventory to see if it was misplaced and she absolutely refused! I asked if she could at least ask the place where they sent the dry cleaning and she REFUSED! Finally I got her to call the owner and the owner doesn't speak a lick of English! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! DO NOT USE if you want your clothes back...

Very nice lady who works hard and does excellent dry cleaning which is more than I can say for many of her Allentown competitors. Gives special care and is always pleasant and kind. I've been very happy and would highly recommend her. She also does very good alterations.
