All are trained in the latest dental technologies and cosmetic procedures. I was Charged $75 Dollars for an Appointment I tried to cancel the day before??? I had an appointment for my wife which I tried to cancel. My wife started a new job and she could not get off work for this appointment. I tried to explain this to the office staff over the phone and I was told I was going to be charged a Missed Appointment Fee of $75 Dollars. I called back and told them that I did not agree with this fee. I got transferred to someone by the name of Mary who was very nasty over the phone with me. She insisted that I am going to be charged the missed appointment fee of $75 Dollars. My family and I have given Family Dental Services many years of business, and I Feel they unjustly charged me this fee given the circumstances. Especially since I tried to give them plenty of notice as soon as I found out my wife could not make the appointment. I am going to pay this fee, but I plan on never returning to this office again.
