After spending $65+ dollars a week on cleaning from this place I'm less than happy with the service standard and services this dry "cleaners" provides. First two weeks were fine the following weeks were horrible. I had to send back clothes due to them not being washed and pressed correctly. Brand new out of the box white dress shirts came back with unknown stains and lint covering the arms and folds of the cuffs. The manager was going to "talk" to the employees the first time. This did not occur or was unsuccessful at the very least. During my next visit articles that were sent back to be re-cleaned came back in worse condition then when they left, now I have to send them back for a third time too be cleaned. This time the owner was "going" to call me this did not happen. It has taken more than 8 days and counting to get one shirt cleaned. Even if you talk to management you are rolling the dice with this place if you expect expertly cleaned clothes for client meetings and engagements
