Order a waist belt for my pro team sierra, spoke with Erick, he said not longer available, I called Pro Team and they said it was available and in stock ( i guess he didnt want to order) after insisting he finally "order" ans said it was going to take TWO LONG WEEKS. when shipping now days take 4 days even if parts are in the other side of the world.

Two weeks pass and no phone call nothing, I called and spoke with Ray (assistant store manager)he promise to call back because Erick wasnt in. two days pass by nothing, so I decided to call, Erick answer the phone and he said "manufactured hasnt send the part " big lie called Pro team he never order the part.
