Nice selection of books but unreliable opening hours. Best bet is to go in the late afternoon or early evenings

Prices are ok, selection very limited, slow turn over. The staff has the most annoying habit of speaking among themselves about customers in a mocking and condescending way. Makes me hesitate to go in there. Perhaps once they learn customers are the reason for their existence, and not an interruption of their day I'll frequent it more often.

Wonderful selection, knowledgeable and helpful staff, old-fashioned enough but not obsolete-feeling. Amazon's great but here you get to hold the old books. And sometimes smell them. (Or is that the bread baking at the Subway store next door?) And if you can't find what you want in their kid's section, go across the street to Hooray for Books.
