Provided by YP.comi cut my cable off . when my last bill came i was told my the local office that i i made a payment ea mo it would be ok . only had basic cable. bal.16.00. suddenlink sent it to a collection agency. got no satisfaction from cust svc. i did not appreciate this. i will never use suddenlink products again and will tell friends also my experience.
