my husband use to deal with the owner never had a problem with him. purchase three head stones and they were ready when he said they would be.

Getting in contact with the owner is hell. When you are able to speak with him (James Claborne) he lies! His own employees will tell you how he lies and not follow through with what he tells you. Took 11mths to get my fathers headstone on his grave. I called and spoke with him..left voicemail stating I would get in touch with news media to bring attention to how bad services is. The headstone was finally made but put on someone else's grave! I had been going out there for weeks to see it and the whole time it was on somebody else grave. The headstone wasn't sealed on the marble slab..I called James and he told me it would seal it that day and of course it wasn't done. I had to ask a worker to do it for me and I'm really still not satisfied with the way it looks bc I can see where it's been sealed and it doesn't match the marble. I'm pissed about it but I guess the worker did the best he could do with what he had. I made a report to the Better Business bureau also.

First off sad to say but I absolutely hate that I buried my mom here. I live in Houston, TX. The service of this funeral home is ridiculous. We paid for a headstone in November 2015 and now it is May 2016 and they still have not placed the headstone on my mothers grave. The lady in the office always has a damn excuse every time I have called to check the status. She lies and tell you she will call you back in 30 minutes and you never hear from her. She is always waiting on a answer from "Mr. Clayborn" to give her an answer when she can clearly go out and check if the headstone has been placed on the grave or she can check her records to see if the headstone has been placed but they are so unorganized. I have sent family there in Alexandria and friends of the family to check and they both got 2 different excuses. Hell is there really a "Mr. Clayborn" . I would not recommend anyone to spend their money at this hell hole... They are scammers and full of BS.
