I want to recommend Valley Heating and Cooling to everyone with any air conditioning needs. They are a very knowledgeable company starting with the receptionist/secretary that answers the phone. I was amazed at her knowledge and expertise. She took our equipment information down and sent a technician out, who by the way was on time, to diagnose our problem. After looking at our problem and the age of our equipment, Willie suggested that Chris come out and give us an estimate on replacing our 25 year old system before he fixed it. Thanks to Willie and Chris, we decided to go ahead and replace our aging unit and are actualy putting money back in our pocket each month with the savings that we are achieving on our power bill. I would highly recommend Valley Heating and Cooling to everyone who might have any problems/needs with your air conditioning system.

The office staff is wonderful kind and so accomidating. Chris the owner is very knowledgeable about the Trane products and spent the time to explain and help my wife and I. The installation crew very considerate and hard working young men. The entire team at valley took care of us from start to finish. Looking forward to doing more business with this company..

Super company to deal with. The lady who answers the phone is very nice and accomodating to all your needs. Chris who comes out to give the estimates is very knowledgeable about the product and takes time to explain everything he knows about the project. The guys who installed my air never once complained even though when they installed it was a blistering hot day. This staff is TRULY REMARKABLE. Thanks Valley. I called Valley to have them service my heating/air unit. The women that answers the phone was very polite and accomadating. However, the technician that was dispatched to my house was rude to wife. When she ask for a rough estimate of cost to replace a fan motor, he would not tell her and said "the motor is in the yard pay me for my time and I will leave." There is a $70 call charge just to have them come out. I am ok with that, but usually that includes diagnoising the problem. Once the tech was onsite he began charging us for labor. To have a fan motor replaced was over $430. I will be replacing my entire unit soon and will not be calling this company again.
