Very poor to deal with rude disrespectful and not a nice guy sold me a vehicle he did not inspect before selling put me and my family in danger engine ending up have a major crack in bottom of it hoses all cut up damaged parts in engine timing belt on a thread

I've been using TJ's for the past 6 years. As of most recently yesterday...I always walk out of there happy. The customer service is great and they're always there to help when I need it as well as they always give me a great deal...couldn't be happier with the business, I'll keep coming back and I'll always send business that way. Customer care it's back with the people and owner of TJ's thanx guys for the great experience again!

Called looking for a replacement engine for my truck. Told the first guy the make, model and engine size and explained that I would be willing to accept a different sized engine if they didn't have the exact size I was looking for. The owner got on the line and immediately started swearing as if I had somehow offended him. I again explained what I was looking for and he swore at me and said "we don't bother with f×!king crap that old anymore and hung up on me! I've been to his parts yard and know for a fact that they have TONS of mid 80s trucks and parts so he isn't just rude and unprofessional. ....he's a LIAR!

Called in morning got a price quote drive in took part out went to pay pie had gone up, party was burned as I was assured it was not, I know he is the only salvage dealer in town but I suggest minot or Dickinson, needing the part pretty bad I just bought it new, cost five dollars more, if you have money and time to waste it is a good call
