We are a Full Service Machine shop specializing in Tool and Die Capabilities from Design to Prototype to Production. We operate a full-service stamping facility with press capacity of 5 to 150 tons enabling a tremendous variety of capabilities. We are able to service our customers research and development from prototyping through production. We can assist you with your product research development and design at the planning and prototype phases achieving cost effective products. We support your manufacturing efforts by listening to your requirements, providing cost saving input and designing cost effective tooling without sacrificing quality. Our design group utilizes the most effective die protection technology to guarantee production requirements are met without down time. In die measuring and/or monitoring devices are developed to ensure part conformance when being produced. Precision die making partnered with in-house design enables us to respond to your tooling needs immediately and if required, engineering change orders can be implemented quickly, minimizing the impact to delivery target dates. Employing proven technological innovations to extend die life, our toolmakers manufacture economical class A tooling to meet your product requirements. Involving associates in design review, contract review, quality planning and job planning, contribute to an overall understanding and commitment to service your requirements. Our in-house tooling facility works in tandem with production and quality assurance to continuously improve process control and product quality.
