I love these guys, the amenities are great. The people & employees are wonderful. Issues are handled imediately! This has been 1 year since I lived here.

I would recommend anyone to check this place out. Comparing to other places you could hear a mosquito fly. The management and staff are always on time for any type of order, and willing to help and make everybody's living more comfortable. In addition to that the fact that they have time to organize events, ice-cream day, potlucks, pool tournament, etc...so all residents can meet each other makes the living even better. Yet the best things are the facilities. After a long day there is a jacuzzi to relax or enjoy the indoor/outdoor pools as I prefer.

The staff are very friendly and all the tenats I have met greet you with a smile and casual hellos. The roof leaks on rainy days but they fixed the elevators. I like that about once a month the staff hold some kinda come and meet and hang out with your neighbor day. Weather it be a ice cream socal or for a holiday. I also like the pool room and weight room are open 24 hrs for our use and it's a secured facility.

I highly recommend anyone to consider this beautiful apartment complex. The apartment is very clean and he view is beautiful. IU am also glad that pets are allowed. I feel safe because the security is great! The management and staff have been and are very helpful! Every is very friendly!

the people here are very nosey. they complain about everything. the different smells in the hallways and lobbies are very very bad. the elevators have been broken over 8 months. water leaks into out apartment every time it rains. moving out as soon as the lease is over.
