I paid $2000 for several repairs- one of which was to replace the cv boots on my SUV. A week and a half after getting the car back, the cv boot tore while I was driving and the entire wheel came off of my car. The part was never replaced but I was charged for it. My car is totaled now due to frame damage incurred when the wheel came off. 10/22/21 picked up the car, 11/4/21 the wheel came off. They charged me for work they didn’t do and parts they didn’t replace.

They've worked on my 5 cars for 9 years now. Always a good price. I used the dealers and another private shop that always cost more and wouldn't have fixed the problems I had. I trust them and I recommend them to my co-workers at Kirtland AFB. Bihn is a master mechanic and rescued my '91 and '95, 200,000+ miles, Camrys. For very low cost he recovered the compression in my '91 which another shop told me should just be junked. It's running fine. Same with the '95 on many problems other shops wouldn't have taken the time (or know how) to fix. They even provided a loaner car at times. Oil changes are quick, while I wait, at a good cost. I'm an engineer and I can be picky--I get a straight answer to why repairs are needed and see the replaced parts afterwards. Highly recommended.

I took my car in to have them fix my gas gauge and it has taken them 5 times to try to correct it and they charged me $900.00 for this. And they are always in a rush never time to understand the customer

I'll never go that place again. They charged me too much just because I knew noting about autos. Can you believe they charged me $45 for just replacing the engine oil gasket? At Breakmasters or other auto shop, they charge $20 to replace the oil. I was so angry when I knew the gasket only cost $2 and I can replace it within 20 minutes. I also heard those guys using used auto parts to do the repair but charge at brand new part price. Beware.
