Case is taking a year and 3 months already. Am ready to go to Bbb. Phone receptionists are very rude and give you false information just to get you off the phone. Am letting everyone I know to stay away from this office. The girls in the office have no idea what they're doing. I have had a few accident cases in my lifetime and none have ever taken even half of this time.
