Do not Go to this fitness business. All they care about is selling memberships. I had a membership 5 years ago and left because it was so costly. I called back a few months ago thinking I might rejoin, and decided against it. The person I spoke to on the phone wrote up a contract that I did not sign, and proceeded to try and charge my credit card on file. Luckily the credit card was expired, but this is the kind of business they are doing. When I called customer service to complain, they said it was my fault because I inquired about a new membership, and that is why they charged me. No explanation from them why they charged a card 5 years expired. Bad Business practices.

Stay away. In 2010 we received a promotional brochure indicating via a footnote that the initiation fee would be waved during the promotional period. We went to join the club but ended up in a session that gave us the feeling we were talking to a used car salesman. The rep would not honor the waving of the initiation fee. We asked for the manager. He turned out to be worse and refused to honor the waving of the initiation fee even though we pointed out that it was indicated right on the brochure in the footnote. Bottom line is that we were not treated well and left questioning their professionalism. The facility is O.K. But we don't think it is worth the aggravation or the inflated prices they charge for membership.

Good looking facility (sometimes take a while to repair things not superficial)

Friendly clientele (although at times it appears the staff has been trained to avoid eye contact after they figure out that they aren't going to sell you a big fat personal training package.) I go in six days a week, you don't have to kiss my feet but would "Good morning" kill you?)

The one thing that sold me on joining this gym, perhaps the most important is that during our tour they had someone testing the water in the pool and they constantly have people cleaning. The locker rooms are always clean.

I paid for a year in full because i refuse to participate in giving out banking information (Learned my lesson from the Sports Clubs) lets see how they react if ever I decide to cancel.

Pros- Clean, enough equipment, friendly desk staff, friendly membership, options for kids

Cons- Expensive (not the membership but the add on stuff can get pricey), some (not all) of the trainers appear to have attitudes, staff doesn't correct member's poor ettiquette (Dude, I don't give a BLANK what u read in Men's Health, Maxim, or what ever magazine you bought at GNC the only time it's O.K. to use more than one piece of equipment is at your house-not 5:30 P.M. at the gym.)
