Totally agree with the previous comment. I rented from this person 8 years ago, and despite leaving the place SPOTLESS (even repainted walls), he STILL charged me in addition to my deposit. Luckily, that was getting off easy. My poor niece and friend both had to pay - and their apartments were SPOTLESS. This guy is a crook!!

Horrible, negative experience. DO NOT rent from this person. I would give -3 stars but I had to click one to get this posted.
