I currently have two children attending this daycare. An almost 5-year-old and a 2-year-old. Both started when they were 1. Over the years, I have had an incredible experience with the staff and the care they provide for my children. I have never considered switching schools or withdrawing my children. I love how dedicated the providers are to each child and appreciate the level of care they provide the families who have children with disabilities etc. We look forward to another year with our children enrolled here. Look into the osuna location, as we have nothing but great remarks.

Childcare is uncaring and didn’t respond to our child cry for food. UNACCEPTABLE.
We previously enrolled our 3 children at Precious Moments off of Osuna and Eubank. All children under 4. They serve breakfast until 9am. We were in the door BEFORE 9am on 12/12/2011. I told my oldest to go into his classroom for breakfast as I take my other 2 children to their classes. As I walked down the hall to my oldest child's class to say goodbye I passed the employee carrying the breakfast of cereal. I asked if Alex got his breakfast. She said I had to ask the teacher. I walked into the classroom to see my child watching another child eat and crying for food. I asked the teacher what was going on. The teacher said he missed breakfast. I said we were here on time and he is hungry. She nonchalantly said sorry. I asked "can't you give him anything? You're service cereal? She said "no". My child continued to cry. The teacher could care less. I told my son we would go to McDonalds. As we were walking out I told the manager. She had a vacant look and did nothing.
At the end of the day both my husband and I returned to talk to the manager. I said we will not be bringing our children here anymore. She said ok. No apology. Nothing. I said “we pay over $1,500.00 per month for our children. He was on time and EVEN if he was 1 hour late – he asked for food – you couldn’t give him a snack?” Another vacant look. I asked “If your child was hungry and asked for food wouldn’t you give it to her (manager’s daughters go to the same center).” She responded “Not if it wasn’t time”. My children are under 4 years old. We pay a lot of money. If at any time they say they are hungry or thirsty – GIVE them food and drink. I said “we are going to report this”. She responded that they rate well with CYFD – so go ahead. I said “We don’t receive government assistance, but I am sure CYFD would be surprised to hear that when a child is crying for food you said no.
