I love this Vet

We moved here and was really worried about finding a caring vet like we had in Little Rock. I went to one of the chain clinics first and really was not happy with their cold, clinical way they treated my animal family. I, of course, think my dogs and cats are the cutest best animals in the world and our Vet at home treated all animals like that. I saw NW Animal Clinic while I was driving home and I started taking my animals there in 2003. I am VERY happy with the care we get there. The staff acts like they are glad you are there and really give your pet good affection, it makes you feel good, especially if you are there cuz you little furries are sick. About 3 years ago, we had to put our Lillie down because her quality of life was just gone. She was the most beautiful Blonde Siberian Husky and it was difficult to say the least. The euthanasia procedure was wonderful, we got to spend a little time with Lille while she relaxed and then got to hold her while she went to Doggy Heaven. It was difficult time and NW Animal Clinic and Dr. Reiger are the BEST. I like all the vets there, but Dr. Reiger really goes that extra mile. Thanks NW Animal Clinic and Hospital for being there for my family

ISN'T IT FUNNY HOW ONE APPLE CAN RUIN THE BATCH?

I HAVE BEEN TAKING MY ANIMALS TO NORTHWEST SINCE I MOVED TO ALBQ. 3 YEARS AGO. I HAVE ALWAYS HAD GOOD EXPERIENCES EXCEPT FOR TODAY. SUSAN J PHILPOTT IS A VERY UNFRIENDLY, UNCARING VET. SHE WAS RUDE, DID NOT GIVE ME ANY REFERRALS WHEN ASKED & HAS A FLAT FACIAL EFFECT. iT SEEMS TO ME, SHE DOESNT LIKE HER JOB. I WILL NOT ALLOW MY ANIMALS TO BE SEEN BY THIS UNCOMPASSIONATE PERSON ANYMORE.I DO WANT TO SAY THE LADIES THAT RUN THE FRONT DESK ARE ALL ANGELS. THEY ARE VERY CARING AND HELPFUL EVERYTIME I GO.
