nob hill furniture employee's were warm caring with prices just as inexpensive as futons and frames.I say this because i bought a futon at one at futon and frames by accident without shopping around you can read my review of them. I would have taken the futon back if they had return policy, just based on the customer service and bought one at nob hill furniture exact same price. hope this is helpful
