Don't ever purchase from Mor furniture. All they care about is making money. Never ever will I buy from Mor furniture again... Bought our couches and they tore within the first year. I also bought furniture protection and the lady said they would come out to my house and fix them as long as I didn't do something like stab them or anything like that. When I called for them to fix them, they said I had to take them back to the store because it was within the first year or pay a service fee. The sales lady never disclosed that to us- she said the would come out and fix them. I would have never purchased my couches from them or the protection plan had I known it was going to be such a hassle. I've had cheap furniture last longer than these "great quality" couches!

Kendall was amazing with and had the patience to explain different pricing over and over again. He got us great discounts and very timely delivery. Ill be back to buy my duel tempera pedic mattress next month! Cant wait. So excited

I purchased a table and chairs. The display was a bench seat,I paid extra for 2 chairs instead. All six chairs DO not fit. Drives me nuts. It was expensive and beautiful. I can't stand it now.

We had a great experience shopping at Mor. We ordered our furniture on a Monday evening and were able to get most of it delivered the following evening.



Todd, our salesperson, was very helpful and knowledgable, the furniture selection was broad and classy (not to mention much more affordable than any of the other places we checked out), and the delivery guys were quick and polite.



I would recommend Mor to anyone.

Pretty upset that after deciding to amend an order for a refund in a set we decided was too costly, we were told (at first) it would take up to THREE weeks. We paid cash from our debit and there's no mention of this lengthy wait time in the contract. On top of this, I was given the run around when I tried to cancel and finally had to have my husband go in to talk to a rep. Now we're being told only 7-10 business days. There is NO good reason for such poor quality service and next time we will stick with Costco for our future needs; almost half the cost and same day refunds. As for the rest of the order, we will be meticulously checking our order before pick up.

I ordered a bedroom set and a kitchen set and they told me I would have with in 2 to 3 weeks and the day I was supposed to get my furniture no one ever came I call them and they told me that they changed the delivery date almost 2 months out from the original date and they didn't even bother to tell us I guess that's the service you get when you buy $2000 in furniture so I got my money back and went to American home.

We will NEVER buy from Mor again. The service in Albuquerque store sucks. I started complaining about the problems with the furniture we bought 8 months after we bought it. The first 3 service appointments they did not keep. Then they scheduled us from 5 to 7 on a Saturday evening. We already had plans so I told them no. Then I get a phone call saying they would be there on Tuesday. No show again. Then we got another phone call saying they would be there on the following Friday. Guess what. No show again. The furniture is cheap, service sucks, or should I say isn't there. Then I sent them an email asking if I could ever get this crap fixed. Next I get a phone call from this guy as Mor customer service explaining how they want to fix the problem. Of course no service is scheduled. He wants me to take pictures of the furniture and email it to him. He was suppose to send me an email to return the pics. Never got it. Tried to send the pic's to the email he gave me to send them to. Take a guess. Dead email. These people get your money and don't care about anything else. I'm working on a big window sticker for the back of my car.
