I went to Octopus today to get a car wash. I left to go to the grocery store and when I opened the back drivers side door the molding along the door was jammed up into the drivers side door molding. I went into the store, did my shopping and when I came out and opened my doors again the molding fell off the drivers side door. I went back over to Octopus Carwash and spoke with two managers. John Lannon the Manager was very argumentative with me and refused to accept the fact that this happened at his carwash while my vehicle was under his employees control. This man was very versed in everything he said to me. It was very obvious that he has had this discussion many times with many customers. Makes you go hmmmm? After all, Octpus Carwash came up with the excuse of the excellerator sticking on the Jeep that pinned one of their own employees to a pole and killed her.

I paid for the extreme carwash today and specifically asked about the inside vacuming and cleaning. The lady said they all get vacuumed and cleaned inside regardless of which level of wash you purchase. I did not have time for the detail service and didn't expect it but I could have paid $8 instead of $18 and still been disapointed with my car. When I drove away after being rushed out I noticed that my carpet was still in need of vacuuming and ther was stil dirt and dust on the console and door. I called and spoke to the manager, he informed me they never clean the inside just wipe the dash, When I expressed my dissatification he said, "Have a nice day, goodby." If you want your car clean don't go there.
