lived there for one year, car got lots of scratches, lots of noise, dishonest management people, stay away...

I wish I never rented here at all.



First off, during the annual fire extinguisher inspection, the staff left my apartment door propped open with the master key still in door.



Thank goodness I came home during my lunch hour, because I found my apartment unsecured.



They started inspections that morning at 8am....and I came home for lunch.



So, I'm sure my apartment was left unsecured for a good couple of hours.



I informed the office, and their excuse was that the staff was really busy and must've forgot to lock my apartment.



THAT'S NO FREAKIN EXCUSE.



Secondly, on one occasion, my rent payment was applied to another apartment.



I came home to find a late notice on my door about my rent not being paid.



I checked my bank account to find that Mirabella Heights did withdraw money.



I went to office and showed them my check copy of payment.



The girl in office reviewed copies of all tenants checks and found mine.



I looked at it and noticed in the memo area that someone had written another apt number on it.



I told her that it wasnt my handwriting and she told me that she wrote apt number on it because she handles payments.



I asked her why she would do such a thing and she had no answer besides making a mistake.



Such a debacle.



Lastly, right before I moved out the apartment, my car was broken into along with 4 other cars.



Mirabella Heights claims they have security patrolling the premises, but out of my two years of living there, I only saw security ONCE! I informed the leasing office and they didn't sound the least bit concerned at all.



I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I love living here. The staff is amazing! They have started doing resident activities, like a pool party, and a crime prevention meeting. It's nice to live in a community that is friendly. The neighbors say "hi" when you are walking the dog, and even though the staff does not supply poop bags, the other tenants are learing to clean up.

I definitely reccomend this place!!!

This place was horrible to live. People break into your cars at night. The windows were not properly sealed and all winter long I had mold in my window seals. They refused to fix the problem, even though I signed a mold clause. They will charge you for every single little thing when you move out. Things that are normal wear and tear, they will charge you for. If the apartment isn't SPOTLESS when you move out, they will charge you an arm and a leg. There is a massive pigeon problem there and they are constantly in your patio. They have potty stations for dogs there, but the staff refuses to stock it with poop bags so people don't pick up after their animals. So you have to avoid all the grass ares because you will step in poop. The gym equipment is always out of order. This was just a horrible experience. I've never been so miserable living in a place before. And the staff are very rude and they don't care to help you.
