Worst customer service I've ever encountered. They don't return phone calls and send vague invoices with no date or month referenced, then charge you late fees and interest. The key is not responding to repeated phone calls, that way they can continue to bill you.

At one point their online payment system was broken for three months. Very sketchy company avoid at all costs.
