I have read the bad reviews about this company, and they sound exactly as if they had been written about the property mgr I had BEFORE GDR. We went a very long time with no tenants. As soon as we hired GDR, they told us what we needed to get the property ready to show, which wasn't very much, and after that was done, they had tenants in the house within a couple of weeks. They have always been very responsive to any and all of our requests, and have worked with us in a very timely manner to keep the HOA off our backs, meaning that if there are any violations with property appearance, they have taken care of it as soon as they have been informed. We've had their services for over three years now and we wish we had started with them. Whenever a tenant has reported a malfunction in the house, it seems that the issue is taken care of immediately, and in some cases have had our own resources instead of having to hire theirs, the point being that we had the choice. I had a request and an inquiry about something in the last week, and they completed the request and were going to "send out the forces" on the inquiry. I had to tell them there was nothing wrong, I just wanted to find out if there was anything going on with our property. Since names have been mentioned in other reviews, I will say that Davina responded and she is out on leave! Now that's what I call service! I would say, based on our experience, GDR was recommended to us, and I would recommend GDR. Review posted by a third party on behalf of a GDR client.

The crew at GDR property management have done a great job with our property over the past 5 years. They have found good tenants (even one neighborhood, community leader) and the rental income has been comparable to the local market rates. I recently had an available house that was managed by another company. This company had my house available for three months until I decided to switch to GDR Property Management. As soon as GDR took over management, they told me my house needed several upgrades. I ended up spending about $500! Fortunately, they rented my house within three weeks from when the house was ready. I rented from GDR and at the time, I wasn't thrilled with their service because they always charged me late fees when I was late on my rent. In addition, they kept some of my deposit when I moved out because the house was not perfect. I ended up renting from another company and when I moved into the house, it was extremely filthy. I reported several maintenance issues to the new company, but they were not quick to send a maintenance person out to address my repairs like GDR. This other company didnt even have a maintenance service. I ended up doing most of it myself. After a year, I moved out and bought a home. I moved out of this house and I now use GDR services to rent my house because I know that they will charge the tenants when they are late and will not refund the deposit if the the house isnt left in good shape. Its amazing how you do not realize how good something is until its gone.

I rented a property from GDR for a number of years and had a very good experience. Anytime I needed something taken care of, GDR would take care of me without question. I once had a leak under my dishwasher and GDR sent someone out within the hour. I paid what I agreed to pay in my lease and was never hassled or required to pay additional charges. When I moved into the property I was careful to note on the move-in sheet things like a small stain in the bathtub that were not my fault. When I moved out GDR refunded my entire security deposit. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I give them an A+ for collecting the rents from the tenants. This is a great service for us, and it eliminates the sobbing stories from the tenants.

I feel secure that my property is looked after by GDR and that when a tenant moves out, you work hard to find a replacement quickly. Whenever I have voiced my concerns or had questions via email, I ALWAYS gets immediate responses. That’s what I appreciate the most.

GDR has managed my rental house in the Albuquerque area for the last four years. They are the most professional of the management companies that I have. My current tenant has occupied the house for a number of years, so you did an excellent job selecting the tenant.
