This is a rare flower shop. Just to walk through the door is an experience. Friendly,knowledgeable and first class floral designs. I am always delighted to receive flowers from Flowers and More. The BEST in town.

If you haven't visited this boutique florist shop yet you have a treat in store. There is NOTHING like this in New Mexico! Artistry and service are prized by Jen the owner. Her designs are unique and affordable with a strong hi style flavor. Rare and wonderful in this city. I LOVE Flowers and More.

I would like to address the bad review below. We are sorry you were disappointed and hope in the future you will come back and let us work with you on your order. First off, assuming our designer was on a personal call is not correct, she was talking with a potential bride about her upcoming wedding. Second, she offered what was in the cooler to accommodate your request for white flowers given thats all that was available in that color. If there were any loose white flowers in our inventory cooler then they were sold for a order for the next day. Usually we can work with customers on anything they request but given the request of only white which we didn't have a lot to choose from and that is was right before closing we couldn't help. She informed me that she greeted you as you came into the store and also left you to discuss your flower choice. We are known for our customer service and take pride in that! We hope that in the future you can give us another try. Sorry to disappoint!

Had a last minute need for flower to take to a funeral. Upon entering the store, the only employee there was on the phone (sounded like a personal call). She looked up and saw us but did not even acknowledge us for 3-4 minutes. Once she finally got off the phone, we asked if she had anything appropriate for a funeral. The first thing out of her mouth was how difficult & complicated it was to put together an arrangement for a funeral. She showed us the pre-arranged flowers in the refrigerater, which we had already looked at while waiting for her to acknowledge us. She did not offer to put something together for us, although we did see white flowers that would have been appropriate & could have easily been arranged, had she WANTED to help. We left, went to Sunshine Flowers on Rio Grande, where they were more than happy to put something together for us on the spot - 1/2 dozen white roses in a vase!

My grandson was having surgery on Tuesday and I live in a different state. I called Flowers & More on Monday and asked if they could send balloons and attach a toy, such as a stuffed ball or a nerf ball. The woman said she'd see what she could find and call me the next day. She called as promised and had purchased a nerf football for me. The little guy was released from the hospital and his balloons and football were delivered promptly. They were the hit of his day. He hasn't put the ball down since. Thank you for your excellent customer service. I will definitely use this shop again.
