These are great lofts in a great location. The old school campus is really cool. The management is helpful and organized, and very responsive to problems that may occur in the loft. Very worth it!

Terrible Management......before you do anything go and speak with some tenants at Belvedere or the ABQ High School Lofts. They are crooks and will nickel and dime you to death. Make sure you account for every, and I mean EVERY little scratch, light bulb, smell, nook and cranny there is on your future home(if renting of course). Thieves!!!!!!!!!
