Based in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Budagher & Associates provides professional counsel on a variety of legal issues. We can preside over guardianship and conservatorship transfers. Our practices also works in family law, personal injury, corporate law, and many criminal misdemeanors. We are a father and son team. John A. Budagher has an LLM in estate planning from the University of Miami, and is a court appointed mediator. John III is currently pursuing an LLM in taxation from the University of Alabama, and has experience in representing low-income parties in family law cases.
