Zero stars!!! Absolutely avoid this company if you are a property owner seeking management of your property. I retired from the Air Force and found employment out of state. I hired Bruni Karr to manage my home as a rental property, and I regret it! While they "managed" it, they allowed a tenant to break the lease, charged me cleaning and repair fees when that tenant left. Accepted a new tenant that signed a lease, took my property off the market, then allowed the prospective tenant out of the contract while I lost possible rent. While it was rented, the tenant requested "repairs" for things they broke and Bruni Karr scheduled repairs and then charged them to me without coordinating with me first. Several times the rent I expected was significantly less than I planned and I only found out when the reduced amount showed up in my account. Last, and worst, I notified them that I was returning to the property as my primary residence and provided them over 45 days notice to inform the tenant who was on a month to month lease. Within 1 week of the planned return, I was told the tenant was refusing to move out as scheduled and there was nothing Bruni Karr would do. Meanwhile I had terminated my lease and had scheduled movers to relocate me into my property. Now, in a desperate situation, I was forced to change all of my plans! Finally, when I did get back into my house, after they promised it would be clean and ready to occupy, the place was filthy with broken fixtures needing repair. When identified to Bruni Karr, they scheduled one person to clean the entire house in a couple hours after all my things were moved in. They had some of the repairs done but never finished. I've now made multiple requests to get the remaining repairs done and 3 months later, can't get an answer. Small claims court is coming next! Avoid yourself the misery of using Bruni Karr.

Do not use Bruni Karr! They are the worst rental management company I have ever dealt with. They lied to my current landlord when we applied for a rental and told us there would be no problem with our approval. Cindy told my landlord that they didn't want to rent to ya before they spoke to the owner of the property we were interested in. We felt very judged and on top of it all they treated my family as if we had screwed over every landlord we had rented from. They lied and said we had bad rental payment history without even verifying. My current landlord was even appalled by their practices. Beware!! Do not apply!!!!! Especially of you are in a biracial relationship. They will lead you on and then make you feel as if you were completely undesirable. They are the reason we did not get the property we needed and we believe that lied to the new owners that were renting the property to us. Major disappointment. Now I know why so many reviews were negative!
