Had a problem with the shipment but Marlene and Ashley’s homestore customer service were able to fix the issue. My experience was awesome. The sales associate - Violet was absolutely fantastic in assisting me select a new mattress and additional furniture, pillows, and a mattress protector. She was very patient and quite professional. I am a returning customer as I was very satisfied with my previous shopping experience & purchase just like I was this evening. My experience at Ashley Homestore was great! The sales people are professional and so helpful. Hector the sales manager was knowledgable and helped the process of choosing a mattress easier. Ty the sales associate was also helpful in my purchase of a couch and chair and Niki was great. I will be going back for future purchases.
