While my RV was still under warranty I took it to Aloha 4 times and never got all the issures resolved before the warranty ran out. Its like they have never worked on campers before. To make it worse, they left most jobs half done and I had to finish the work myself. I will never recommend buying or servicing an RV at Aloha. Shameful.

Bought our 40k Open Range Light from Aloha after doing ALL of the footwork ourselves and set the offer in their laps to take it or leave it. They took it! A few months later when we as full timers realized it was going to be too small, we wanted to upsize. Found a larger KZ fifth wheel. Again had to do ALL of the foot work ourselves as Aloha doesn't t like to get their hands dirty. They didn't even dust the inside of the KZ they had on their showroom floor knowing we were traveling 200 miles just to check it out (it was dirty!!!). However another dealer came in at almost 2k cheaper on a brand new model with amenities we wanted. They had also called, answered our questions, were really wonderful and actually treated us like "customers!!!" Go figure!!! When Terry, the salesperson at Aloha heard we were going to take the other offer, he yelled into the phone "well GOOD LUCK!" And slammed the phone down at my husband! Never mind we had already bought a $40,000 rv from them!!!!

I bought a used truck and needed an electric brake controller installed so I could pull my travel trailer. I stopped in Aloha RV one day when I was in the area to see about having one installed. They installed it right then with no appointment. Kudos to the service dept manager.

Would recommend to anyone looking to buy any sort of rv. Best selection and a no to low pressure sales approach. Our salesman was very easy to get along with and was able to find the rv we have been searching for. They make you feel very comfortable through the whole process. We have also had the rv in for service after our first trip and they repaired our rv quickly and even washed it for us before we picked it up. We will definitely tell our friends and family to go to Aloha if they want to buy an rv! Thanks Aloha staff for taking good care of our family!

BUYER BEWARE OF ALOHA RV! My ...

BUYER BEWARE OF ALOHA RV! My husband, two kids and I went to Aloha RV in Albuquerque NM on Monday Oct. 10 to look at MPGs. A salesman there showed us some models and my family really liked the showroom model he had on sale. I called him that same week and made him an offer for that model. He countered my offer and I accepted and I left a credit card deposit for $500. That night we celebrated and my kids were thrilled to pick up the RV on Saturday! My son has been researching RVs for months so he was especially excited! When we got there, the same salesman said follow me to your RV. We passed the model we thought we bought, and he took us to a model way in the back of the outside lot that we never saw which had a broken latch, was not cleaned up, and had completely different interior and exterior designs which were ugly and we didn't like. I told him this was NOT what we bought! He said the showroom model is under contract but we could have this other model for the price we agreed to or if we added $200, we could have the showroom model since he thought the financing on the showroom model would fall through. My family left devastated with my son in tears the whole hour ride home! The terrible, cheesy behavior of that salesman was disgusting! I called the managers that day and they said that the showroom model was already sold and that they could do nothing. I hope no one has to endure what we went through! I will never, ever deal with Aloha RV. This salesman was worse than the sleazy car dealers you see on TV!

Customer Service

I was in need of some information on a boat, Jim helped me research this information even though the dealership did not sell the boat nor were they going to make any money on this transaction. It is great to see a company that still believes in helping people.

I have not had the best service from this dealership. At different times, when I brought my Montana in for repairs, I was accused of damaging the TV antenna and wheel bearings. A recent conversation with another RV'er revealed that they too were accused of damaging their RV (the burner on the stove). Repair services were not inspected when complete, allowing some "repaired items" to get past without being repaired. Walkthroughs on new sales are not comprehensive. While their products may be as good as others, it would appear that new vehicle inspections are not being performed satisfactorily.
