Thank you so much for repairing the zipper on my day pack. After years of looking for the 'perfect' pack I found this one. In some ways it is my 'brain'. Certainly keeps me organized. I am a teacher at Manzano High School in the Intensive Support Program (students with severe physical and mental disabilities). On Tuesday, May 24, I had a purse in need of repair. A student who is blind had a purse hanging on a coat hook. Another student, in a manual wheel chair, accidently caught a handle of the purse on his chair when passing and tore it off. I remembered a business that my husband had had success with in the past on the repair of a zipper on his briefcase. I took the damaged purse to this location on my lunch break. I explained the need for a rush job since my student's last day of school is on Friday. "Mr. Fix It" listened to my dilema. He then repaired the bag in time for me to pick it up while still on my lunch break. He also reinforced the other three handles. I was extremely impressed with the service I received at this business and would highly recommend this location to anyone in need of such repairs.
