Worst place ever!! Over 1and a half month and glasses is still not here!! They keep lying over and over that my glasses was place in the next batch order and still not here yet!!

My daughter was in today and wanted to get an exam. The lady she dealt with was extremely rude. After several rude statements my daughter still made an appointment. Needless to say she will not go to that appointment. They just lost that money. We have made an appointment with our previous eye dr and won't think about going anywhere else again. I will say I have had several dealings with the man that works there in buying contacts in the past and he was awesome. Maybe he needs to train the lady today some customer service techniques!!!!

Horrible. I waited 7 weeks for contacts and they never arrived - went in and cancelled the order, got a refund, and they passed me my prescription. When I got home I realized the prescription was incorrectly written! Called and they apologized for the doctors mistake and he wrote me the corrected prescription and faxed it - they hardly even cared. I am never going back.

Ordered glasses. And it's been a month and glassess are still not back. Have called several times - they keep telling me they should be in the next batch coming. Bad service on product arrival
