I Took in my Australian Shepherd and was pleased she had aussi's She asked if I wanted a summer cut and not knowing what that was she said it was about one and 1/2 inch I said short is fine I just don't want her skinned. She took a razor and cut her to the skin. She looked like a pit bull no hair at all. Why would I want my Aussi to not look iike a Australian Shepherd? She said her coat was not good I have never heard that before. Of course it was all my fault I did not want to argue just won't ever go back and will tell everyone I know not to go to her.

I needed a place to trim my pups' nails. Upon entering the building, I immediately had this gloomy feeling like something just wasn't right. It's small, Dark, smelly, and dirty. Ran by a mother and her daughter. They only take cash so I had to go find an ATM. Upon returning, Waiting for the daughter to finish up with a customer who was dropping off her dog for grooming. When she finally walked out to meet my dogs ( a 1 and 1/2 yr old Boxer/ Boston terrier mix, And a 20wk old American bulldog/Boxer mix...Both rescues) she visually examined them then proceeded to explain that she muzzles all Pitbulls, Which made no sense to me since none of my dogs are Pitbulls, but I understand muzzles make some people more comfortable, so I let it go. She then proceeded to pick up the 20 wk puppy who kind of freaks out when picked up and starts to flail his legs. Well, he happened to hit her in the face with his paw. Upon that happening she immediately grabbed his leg with a tight grip and yelled at him screaming "NO! THAT'S NOT OKAY!". I made her put him down, I removed the muzzle and walked out. This behavior in a "Professional" Dog grooming business is uncalled for. My dogs are super, friendly, well behaved, and they have no interest in hurting anyone and to be treated like that by someone who should have more tolerance for animals is totally unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone, and to anyone who currently goes there, I would highly suggest finding somewhere else. If that behavior is acceptable to them in front of a client, I can only imagine the behavior displayed behind closed doors when someone's fur baby acts up or "Does something wrong". Despicable!
