I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I left crying one Saturday while shopping for brides maid dresses for my sister's wedding. I made an appointment and specified the designers we were considering, but when I arrived nothing was ready and no one helped me. I was told to go in back & start looking through the warehouse of dresses on my own.

After I picked a few out & went to a dressing room - a glorified closet with no space - I was in my bra and underwear when the owner opened the curtain and said to someone else "I'll just put these in here" while putting dresses in my dressing room. She didn't even say "excuse me" or knock before embarrassing me. Then she again opened the curtain without knocking or saying "excuse me" and told me I needed to hurry up because they were very busy. I had been in the room for 10 minutes at the most - struggling with dresses by myself. Then she accused me of not making an appointment - I corrected her - but she told me again to hurry up.

Finally, she insisted that I not write down the item numbers of the dresses because "the product id numbers on the tags are different from the numbers on the website" - a flat out lie.

I left crying - I have never been so angry and hurt.
