The staff was very caring and the vet was great! We went in on a Saturday evening as an emergency and went back on Wednesday to finish treatment. They were awesome!

Called and the lady on the phone was very polite with helping me. I asked how much spaying a female cat would cost. She gave me all the information I needed including how old the cat would have to be before the procedure can be done. The only thing I thought was high, was the price...$175, to spay a cat. Over priced in my book when there is cheaper clinics in the area that are at 110 dollars. I don't recommend them due to their over pricing in spaying. It should not be that expensive.... :o/ We would have more people in the world spaying and neutering their animals if the pricing was reasonable. This is why I believe we have so many kittens and strays around Alamogordo area. Not everyone makes a lot of money around here...we are a small town!

Staff has always been polite and caring whenever I've needed to call whether an emergency or just to get an appointment for check-ups. My dog has ongoing medical problems and the doc has always been there for me when there are flare-ups. He has always been concerned, polite and caring whenever I've had to call. Would definitely recommend this office to anyone.

I find the staff to be courteous and professional, and their medical care solid and dependable. Thumbs up.

I have NEVER been subjected to such sarcastic, demeaning attitude at ANY vet in thew Southwest US. Unless it is another emergency I wouled NEVER go back! Only ONE employee had a decent attitude.
