Maybe I'm unlucky, but I don't expect much from florists in the way of customer service, as long as the arrangements are great. But these guys made the experience unique and pleasurable. My wife was having a down day and needed a pick-me-up so I found SSF&G online. When I called the representative told me that I had called early enough (11am) to make the first delivery, which I was very happy about. I told her I needed something bright and cheery. She advised me on the best option for my money, and was very thorough through the reservation process, helpful because ordering flowers over the phone from a florist for the first time is a little scary.I saved them to my favorites and will definitely call them the next time I need to send something in Alameda. Try them out!Update: The flowers were beautiful and delivered right away. My wife was so happy to receive the flowers... and I benefitted on both sides of the deal!Yes, I will call again soon!!!
