Sold me 4 bad tires and then when I tried to take them back they wouldn't exchange or give money back.. The lady new from the beginning she was selling me horrible tires and I'm 9 months pregnant.. Action tire right Dow the street is much better service

Sold me a bad tire(belt broke within 24 hours.)

Cross threaded two bolts on wheel.

They denied that they damaged bolts and offered to replace them for $20 if I bought bolts from parts store and brought new bolts two the shop.

After three trips to them in five days they replaced the damaged tire but denied that they even sold me the tire!

Buyer beware!

I have been dealing with Big John, John and Brad for many years. With them now owing their own business the is no distance I would not go to have Big John maintain my vehicles.. I moved from Akron to Columbus several years ago and I make that 2 hour trip each and every time I need work or maintenance done to my cars.. I would Trust NO ONE else to touch one of my cars...

Recently I was in need of some tires for my car. I am on a very strict budget, so I wanted to get the most for my money. When I arrived, I was promptly greeted and asked what I needed.. As I explained what I needed and the price range I was looking to buy, the gentleman was very helpful. He showed me a set of slightly used tires and quoted a reasonable price. He did not try to push me into buying something I wasn't comfortable buying. The atmosphere was very pleasant and all the service men were joking and put a smile on my face. I was a very pleasant experience and I have recommended them to several friends.
