I would not recommend going to Kord's Napa for any reason. The manager (Kord) uses foul language with his customers and generally is a very grouchy, unpleasant man. I was a patron of their auto repair service, but after failing to fix the problem after bringing the vehicle back 3 times and spending over $1,000, I decided to go to a real mechanic in Phoenix. Unfortunately, I couldn't get back what I already spent to fix the problem. The guy at the counter couldn't even read a VIN correctly and told me my truck was a diesel and that somebody swapped out the engine (Nope, its has always been a gas motor). Save yourself some a headache and go to a repair shop that actually knows how to repair cars.
