My experience with your business was terrible. I thought I would go to a local business instead of a big box store. Keep my money in my town. Bought a Stihl leaf blower, took it home tried it. Found it didn’t have enough power after five minutes. Took it back and asked to exchange it for a more powerful unit. My offer was declined and they offered an extension for the unit that they said would make it more powerful. Fake news. A big box store would have exchanged it no problem but now I’m stuck with a product I’m very dissatisfied with. I will never go to your store again and understand why the big box stores are taking over.

This place is a joke, I brought them a small engine to get repaired. I chose them because they seem like one of those local small family businesses and I like to support places like that. When I dropped the engine off it was no big deal, they told me everything that they would check and about how much it would cost, it seemed pretty straight forward. So I get a call a few days later and I was told that the engine was ready, I asked what was done to it and the guy on the phone (the same old codger who runs the desk and probably owns the business) hesitated and then said "rebuilt the carburetor". I picked up the engine and installed it on the cement mixer. I get 2 drums mixed and the engine dies, I restart it multiple times and it won't run. I go back and was very nice about about it because things happen and the old guy goes off on me and even gets loud accusing me of blaming him for the problem. DO NOT GO HERE, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Don't get stuck in the middle of a job like me.

They are rich in knowledge and sell top quality products such as Gravely and Stihl. A must stop for all your outdoor equipment needs.
