We hired this company through Home Depot. When they came to laser measure, they told us everything was pretty level and install should be no problem. We were told to buy some L brackets to hold but the countertop in the corner. Home Depot said after they measured it would be 1.5 -2 weeks to install.

A month later they came and removed our old countertops and sink. In the process of removing the caulk from underneath the countertops with a razor blade, they cut about a 12 inch gouge from our cabinets.

When they were putting on our countertops, they discovered our cabinets weren't level. They could either leave a big gap underneath or we would have a carpenter come out to level. It was extremely upsetting because they had previous told us it would be fine. I hired a carpenter on my own. I also emailed the owner, Geoffrey Gran notifying him of the problem. He assured me they would be "on top of it."

The carpenter, with over 20 years of experience, leveled the cabinets. He leveled the wood braces the Countertop factory installed. Then he proceeded to show me for 15 or 20 minutes with a laser and standard level that everything was now fine.

The next day the installers came out and again said they couldn't get them level!!!!! They were finally able to make something work but had forgotten a piece of the backsplash!!! They came out the next day along with a plumber to finally get this done.

Meanwhile we were without a kitchen sink and dishwasher for 5 days.

I again emailed the owner, Geoffrey Gran two days ago so all of our problems could be resolved. No response!

WE HAD NUMEROUS OTHER ISSUES WITH THIS COMPANY! Please make sure you request someone else if you order through Home Depot. I wish I had researched and used a different vendor!
