I called this company because they are down the street from our offices. I called at 5:30 pm on 10/20/09 not knowing there business hours but even if they were closed, I figured I could leave a message. Someone answered and before I could even ask a simple question, if they were in the business of graphics design or printer repair, the guy that answered mumble something about not having anything to write down a number with and hung up on me. After a follow up call, there was no answer and no answering machine. Whatever this company is in the business of doing, my first impression was a very unprofessional one.
