History of VCF Prior to attending Kenneth E. Hagin's Rhema Bible Training Center, the Lord spoke to me ( Pastor Jim ) about beginning a church on the western side of Birmingham, Alabama. He said, I want you to start a church that has the love and fellowship of a family and combine it with the power of the Holy Ghost and the Word of God. In 1985, the church, Victory Christian Fellowship, was founded. We began in January 1985 in a leased church building in Hillview, Alabama with two families and grew to over forty families within six years. God poured out His anointing and blessed our church with miracles, healings, signs and wonders. We became known in our community as the Miracle Church . By 1991, we outgrew that building and relocated to Adamsville where we purchased our first church and building and paid it off. We have recently moved to a beautiful facility on Minor Parkway that sits on 16 acres of land.
