I rented a Chrysler 200 from Enterprise in Abingdon, Virginia recently. This was my first rental experience and I was impressed. The agent (Travis) was very helpful. He found me a better rate than I had signed up for online and took the time to show me several of the car's unique features. The car was great - very clean and a pleasure to drive. I would definitely recommend the Abingdon Enterprise and will likely use them again.

I rent from Enterprise in Abingdon regularly and they provide professional service each time. They pick me up and many times when I return the car they take me home. This is a valued service as well as their after hours turn in service which allows me to return the car even if they are closed unlike other offices in the Tri-Cities area. I appreciate the office's professionalism and friendliness towards its customers.

We decided to rent a car for our vacation so we wouldn't need to worry about getting there safely. We showed up on the lot that morning without prior notification. Yet, the service was as smooth and professional as if we had an appointment. It was quite a hot day and as I went in to pay & figure out what car we were getting my wife and kids were outside in the lot. Getting all the gear and such out of our own car to go. They were so fast it was less than a 15 minute wait which the wife and children very much appreciated. We ended up renting a Chrysler 200 2015 for 2 days. Even with the added insurance as mine would not cover it all the expenses together still did not break $100. Also there was a $100 deposit which I paid with a debit card. The clerk assured me it would be returned in 24 hours. Having dealt with deposits before I figured it would be a week but no it was back on our balance in less than the 24 hours of the vehicle's return. As for the car itself it literally looked as if we were the first ones to ever use it, even though it did have 11,000 miles on it, it was spotless with no odors of pets, smoking, previous users. It was great to have not only a very safe and reliable vehicle to use but it was fun to see all the advances that are on the newer cars these days. A dial instead of a shifter, buttons on the steering wheel for not only the stereo but to call out using your phone on bluetooth. They have plug in ports for all the gadgets you could possibly want to take along. There was plenty of room in the whole of the car itself and without it the vacation would not have been awesome. Returning the vehicle was as even less of a hassle than getting it. We had our 11 month old son who had a very importent Dr appointment to get to and we were in and out so quick we made it with time to spare. We will definitely be using these services again in the future and have already recommended it to several people. Thanks again for making our vacation fantastic!
