Established in 1974, New Beginnings Center is a coeducational group care facility that serves children and adolescents with behavioral, emotional and educational problems. Residential Services for Children and Youth offers individual and family counseling services. It provides treatment options for the victims of drug and alcohol abuse. The center serves more than 250 children annually.
