This place has closed (thank goodness). Aberdeen could use a fabric store if anyone wants to start up a business.

Aberdeen needs another craft store. While Klein's usually has what I need, I do plenty of comparison shopping and end up purchasing elsewhere for much cheaper,sometimes about half the price. An example: I recently purchased a glass scoring tool for them for about $30. I would have purchased the EXACT SAME product on walmart.com for $15.99 but it was a time sensitive project I was working on. Also, during this experience when I was at the store looking for this and other tools of the many staff I saw standing around gabbing, not one greeted me or asked if I needed anything. Not one and it took me about two minutes of standing two feet right in front of a couple of ladies to get their attention so I could ask them where to find it. This is not the only time I received below-par customer service. and it's why I basically loathe it. I will say that the lady who checked me out at the register was very polite and I regret not getting her name because she was the only person I felt belonged in customer service that I've dealt with at the store in some time. It's sad that I do most of my hobby shopping online or at Walmart unless I absolutely must resort to this place because it does have the items needed, usually.
